It included demo, mold remediation, plumbing, tile, electrical, painting, and installation of fixtures. The vanity and shelves are live edge mesquite, which Chad helped us to acquire. It's all very beautiful and functional, and went exactly according to plan. The apartment unit needed very detailed repairs and remodeling inside and out. It included roof coating, eave repairs, mold remediation, plumbing, bathtub replacement, reframing a doorway, tile work, baseboard repairs, drywall repairs, painting, and many other details.
